Welcome to my 6th Stitch Fix – This one’s a winner!
About Stitch Fix:
Stitch Fix is an on-line subscription personal shopping service based in San Francisco and founded in 2011.
For those of us who are too busy or hate to go to the mall, Stitch Fix makes updating our wardrobe and staying fashionable super easy.
You fill out a profile, create a Pinterest board, pin clothes you love, schedule a “Fix” and your stylist picks out 5 items she thinks you will love. The items show up on your doorstep on the scheduled date, you have 3 days to try everything on in the privacy of your own home, with all your own accessories. Keep what you like and send the rest back in the provided paid shipping envelope.
The styling fee is $20, which is applied to the cost of the items you keep. If you send it all back, you’ve paid $20, if you keep it all you’ll get a 25% discount on the total cost.
Refer a friend and get $25 in Stitch Fix credit added to your account. If you haven’t tried Stitch Fix, you really should! You can use my referral code and with no cost to you, I’ll get a $25 credit. Thank you!
On to my July Fix
I look forward to the day of my Stitch Fix arrival for weeks before it appears on my doorstep. It’s such fun opening the box and checking out the goodies my stylist (Leah) has picked out for me. This month, Leah hit it out of the park (oops spoiler).

This Fix included: the Benian Chain Detail Tote by Street Level; a tan pair of Dorianna Skinny Jeans by Lila Ryan, the blue Tammi Printed Dress by 41Hawthorn; the white Wilson Tie Neck Top by Collective Concepts and the burgundy Rover Zip Back Blouse by Collective Concepts.
First outfit – I once again tackled several pieces from this fix.

The Benian Tote was the first thing I pulled out of the box and I fell for it right away. Super soft leather, great neutral color and big enough to hold all my carry-on items on next week’s vacation. It even comes with a little clutch purse for those times that a large bag isn’t practical. – KEPT

The Dorianna skinny jeans, fit like a glove. They’ve got some stretch to them so they’re super comfy and are a perfect color for summer. Sorry about the photo not being a full shot of the jeans, my guy, I mean photographer is still getting the hang of this. – KEPT (the jeans and the guy)
The Wilson tie neck blouse is fairly sheer, so I’m wearing an off-white cami under it. It’s light and breezy, has great colors, cute little open stitching detailing and the tie neck is super fun. – KEPT
The next item I tried on was the Tammi printed dress

I paired this with a light weight, white sweater and my Nine West Tiedye Leather Slip-On shoes (available here).

This dress is another hit. Super comfy, light and airy. It’s lined so you don’t need to wear a slip. And it has the cutest little sailboats all over it! This one is going straight into the suitcase and on vacation with me. -KEPT

The final item in this fix is the Rover zip back blouse in burgundy.

This was not my favorite piece. Not that it isn’t cute, it is very cute. The color is great with my skin tone, the cut of the neckline and hemline are perfect and the zipper and ruching detail at the back is pretty cool. It just doesn’t fit me all that well. It’s a little tight in the bust, so it doesn’t lay quite right in the back.

However, since keeping all 5 pieces (and I’m definitely keeping them) gets you a 25% discount, it makes financial sense to keep it rather than sending it back. And what the heck, I can always wear it with a jacket.
So, there you have it, my July Fix. I kept everything and loved almost everything! I now have some great new pieces to take on vacation with me. My stylist Leah did a fabulous job!
